Hey, there! ComixTribe Publisher TYLER JAMES here with a quick EPIC update.  As publisher, juggling a bunch of projects, sometimes I feel a little bit like a traffic cop, figuring out which projects are going to launch when.  The good news is, progress continues to be made on the thrilling, extra-sized next installment of EPIC. 

While we can't wait to launch the new issue before the year is out, we did want to let you know that the EPIC creative team DOES have another Kickstarter rocking right this very minute! 

⏰ONE DAY LEFT TO GET THIS BOOK WITH ART AND STORY FROM EPIC CREATOR'S TYLER JAMES & MATT ZOLMAN!

I've been working on this killer anthology project, featuring the talents of more than 40 amazing creators. 

Matt Zolman, artist of EPIC, drew an awesome 5 page story in this time-travelling splatterfest called "A Gentler Torture", that sees our anti-social anti-hero come face to face with another famous vigilante... Guy Fawkes!  

This new volume was edited by yours truly, Tyler James, and I wrote the prologue and epilogue to the book with art by Alex Cormack, artist of SINK.  Trust me, it's good!

I know more than 80 EPIC backers have already snagged one of our Kickstarter exclusive pledges for this campaign... but that still leaves several hundred who have yet to jump in!

EPIC Trades Are Out the Door! Fulfillment Complete!

Hey, great news! The EPIC trades have arrived!

This new collection of the EPIC story so far came out great, and we're excited to get it into backers' hands! 

We were able to turn around the packing and shipping of EPIC trades for backers around quickly, and just dropped the rest of the packages for backers off at the post office, which means fulfillment is 100%* complete! 

Tracking #s for all packages have been uploaded to Backerkit. *Note, there are 7 backers who we're still trying to collect survey information from, but we've shipped 100% of the packages we can ship. If that's you, and you still need to get your info in, please head to epic4.backerkit.com to complete your survey.  

Our policy is to hang onto rewards for 1 year after the main fulfillment project is complete... after that, we can't guarantee that we'll still have your items and your pledge will convert to a contribution to keeping our creative efforts going strong. 

JOIN US FOR A SPECIAL VALENTINE'S DAY LAUNCH! 

We're continuing a tradition we began last Valentine's Day with another extra special launch for a DOUBLE-SIZED issue of SINK.  The book is titled MONSTERS and it's a double feature telling two connected tales in two distinct eras in Sinkhill.

EPIC Trades Have Landed! Fulfillment to Wrap This Week!

Hey, EPIC Backers, some good news for you! We just got word from our warehouse that the new EPIC Vol 1 collection that we printed overseas has finally arrived and been checked in to our warehouse.  

This means that we'll be able to complete shipping the remaining 55 or so EPIC orders from last year's Kickstarter, most likely by the end of the week.  We appreciate your patience, as I know it took a little longer than expected for backers getting the collected trade edition in their orders to get their pledges.  But we hope you'll agree that the end product is worth the wait. 

Just a quick reminder that if you haven't filled out your EPIC survey (and there are 24 of you in that camp) you can do so NOW over at Backerkit so you can get your digital rewards ASAP and physical rewards as well.

Sneaky Peek at a Splashy Page from EPIC #5!

We're much looking forward to telling more EPIC this year, and artist Matt Zolman has been hard at work on the new issue!

One of my core tenets of writing EPIC is to run everything through the "what would Matt have a blast drawing?" filter. I know character design and action are his strengths, and that his love of super-team comics was something that made him first fall in love with the medium, so I decided to throw the him the challenge of creating a new team of serpent-themed supervillains and pitting them against a character who will feature prominently in the next volume.  We're looking forward to sharing more of THE SERPENT SIX with you in EPIC #5!

EPIC Pins Arrived... So Shiny!

Hey, friends! Hope you're holiday season is off to a great start! Just a quick update that we've just shipped out another wave of EPIC rewards now that the EPIC limited edition enamel pins have arrived. 

So, right now, we're down to just 43 packages left to ship... and those all are packages that include the new EPIC Vol 1 Trade Collection, which is printing overseas.  Because it's printing overseas and needs to pass through customs, it's difficult for us to predict exactly when it will come through... but we're expecting it to arrive before the year ends and will be sure to get it to you as soon as it arrives. 

We appreciate your patience as we finish this fulfillment project... so we can start focusing on bringing you even more EPIC in 2024!

EPIC Shipping Update! Wave 1 is Out the Door!

Hey, friends! Just jumping into your inbox with a quick EPIC fulfillment update. 

We were able to get a first wave of packages out the door very swiftly. We have a total of 210 physical packages to ship for this campaign, and 159 of them are now out the door!

We're waiting on some outstanding product before the next two Waves of shipping will complete this fulfillment project. 

WAVE 2 (5 Packages): Will include packages getting EPIC ENAMEL PINS but not Vol 1 Trades. Note, we're expecting the pins to come in within the next two weeks.

WAVE 3 (46 Packages): Will include the rest of the orders, basically any order that includes an EPIC Vol 1 trade. Our trade collections are being printed over seas, and so they take longer to arrive than the single issues, which were printed domestically. We're hoping to get the trades sometime next month. 

We appreciate your patience as we await the remaining product!
